If you choose to submit your paper to be considered for the Best Congress Paper award, the deadline is STRICT and there are no extensions.
After this deadline, all submitted papers will be included only in the Book of Proceeding.

The reservation will be managed throughout the AESOP website.
The single room at Cité Universitaire has a private bathroom (including WIFI, linens, and towels: reception from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.). Breakfast is included at 127 euros per night. The stay will necessarily end on Friday, July 12th.
