CALL FOR SPECIAL SESSIONS AND ROUNDTABLES  - 37^th AESOP Annual Congress 2025 Istanbul, Türkiye 7-11 July 2025

Call for Special Sessions and Roundtables are now open until 15 January 2025!

We are happy to invite the submission of proposals to organize Special Sessions and Roundtables on the occasion of the 37^th AESOP Annual Congress 2025 İstanbul, Türkiye. 

Important information:

• Special Sessions and Roundtables shall be organised as a “complete package”, i.e. all speakers shall be contacted in advance by the organisers and clearly indicated in the proposal form submitted to the LOC.
• Special Sessions and Roundtables will NOT be open to abstract submissions other than from the persons listed in the proposal form.
• Special sessions and Roundtables that overlap thematically with one of the Congress tracks will be evaluated in coordination with the Track Co-chairs. The evaluation will be based on how much these contributions enhance the track and on the available slots within the overall program of the track.
