University College Dublin, Ireland’s leading university, invites applications for a Professor of Spatial Planning.  UCD School of Geography, Planning and Environmental Policy (GPEP) is a vibrant centre for geography, planning, environmental and related public-policy research.

The University seeks to appoint an outstanding scholar with a distinguished international research record. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the field of Planning both nationally and internationally. In addition to demonstrating leadership, the Professor of Planning will also be expected to play a full role in the everyday life of the School.
