The Master's programme in SPATIAL PLANNING AND URBAN PROJECT is shared by the Faculty of Engineering (FEUP) and the Faculty of Architecture (FAUP), both from the University of Porto.
It aims to provide students with a theoretical and practical experience for a deeper professional practice, beyond international borders, providing a variety of topics in the areas of planning, management and urban policy. Without losing its urban context, the main themes offered by the Programme, will be guided to the international debate on the environmental, social and economic fields. The MSc Programme develops skills, methods/tools of analysis and an understanding of urban planning. With a strong practical component (using problem-based and project-based approaches), it aims above all to prepare students for professional practice.
