New AESOP Conferences Officer (2020 - 2024)

At the AESOP Council of Representatives meeting in Vienna, March 12th, 2020, Prof. Alex Deffner was elected as the new AESOP Conferences Officer (2020 – 2024) and becomes a member of the Executive Committee. 

Alex is a Professor of Urban and Leisure Planning at the Department of Planning and Regional Development, University of Thessaly Volos, Greece and will replace Prof. Zorica Nedovic-Budic, the current Conferences Officer with immediate effect. 

The AESOP Community warmly welcomes Alex as the new AESOP Conferences Officer and commends Zorica for her dedicated and attentive work as Conferences Officer in the previous years.
