The Second Workshop by the TG Urban Futures discussing "Who says future?" will have two speakers: Camilla Perrone, University of Florence will talk about: 'Constructing metropolitan futures' and use the Strategic Plan for the Metropolitan City of Rome to critically discuss transition paths taken and to elaborate on innovative theoretical perspectives on strategic planning. Emeritus Peter Ache, Radboud University will talk about: 'European territorial futures' discussing a set of expert visions for spatial development in Europe, soon to be published in the journal disP.
