The 14th International Conference on Computing in Urban Planning and Urban Management (CUPUM) will be held at MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts USA on July 7-10, 2015. A PDF of the Call for Submissions is attached and further information is available online at: http://cupum2015.mit.edu
Earliest Deadlines:
Abstracts for proposed book chapters are due on SEPTEMBER 26, 2014. (Abstracts for other conference papers are due December 19.)
Venue and Registration:
The hotel costs and registration fees are not yet finalized but the general parameters are as follows: The registration fee will be approximately US$500 which is about the same as in 2013 (Utrecht) and we plan a less expensive (no reception/dinner) student registration for (hopefully) around US$180 for students whose faculty advisor or department head certifies that they are a full time student. The block of rooms at the main conference hotel (Boston Marriott Cambridge at the edge of the MIT campus and on top of the MIT/Kendall subway stop) will be available at US$249 per night (plus tax). We will also have some dormitory rooms available on campus for US$80/night (without air conditioning) and expect to have intermediate priced hotels (off campus for US$160-200 per night). Otherwise, folks can do web searches, use AirBnb, etc.
Please forward the Call for Submissions and the website link (http://cupum2015.mit.edu) to other interested students, academics and colleagues who may not have seen it – and please accept our apologies in the event of multiple postings.
