PPR Special Edition on Cross-Border Governance

Edition 27.3 of Planning Practice and Research is guest edited by Thomas Weith & Evelyn Gustedt and examines the planning issues arising from cross-border governance in Europe. About 30% of Europe's population lives in border regions. EU initiatives, particularly Interreg and Phare, have supported cross-border cooperation, though these regions remain relatively disadvantaged.
