We are seeking an Associate Professor with a Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in Spatial Planning in the Nordic context.
The candidate must be able to teach Spatial Planning courses at the bachelor's and master's level for the study program in City and Regional Planning (bachelor and master) and bachelor’s in City Planning and Societal Safety. In addition to competence in Spatial planning in the Nordic context, candidates should have additional competence within one or more of the following areas: transportation planning and mobility, urban infrastructure (road, water and wastewater), urban resilience, climate change mitigation and adaptation, energy transition, planning law in the Nordic context, computer modeling of the built environment (GIS, parametric design, space syntax etc.
