The Norwegian University of Life Sciences is recognised as a leading international centre of knowledge, focused on higher education and research within environment- and biosciences. The Department of Landscape Architecture and Spatial Planning invites applicants to apply for a PhD scholarship. The scholarship is funded by the Norwegian Public Road Administration.
The Department leads nationally in the fields of urban and regional planning, land management and landscape architecture. The Department is responsible for the 5-year master's programs in Urban and Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture and Land Management. In addition, the department offers a two-year master's program in Property Development and a three-year Bachelor's in Landscape Engineering. The Department established a research school in 2010. The Department has 500 students and 70 employees.
