Transactions of the Association of European Schools of Planning is AESOP's international peer-reviewed open-access journal. It aims at promoting excellence and pluralism in planning education and research and supports and disseminates scholarly work of the highest quality covering the whole spectrum of the planning discipline. In keeping with these values, the journal follows a completely open access model with no article processing charges and it is listed in the Database of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
The journal is open to work from all those working in planning scholarship and practice and is open to contributions on a rolling basis. The Editors are also particularly happy to receive contributions and outputs from the activities of the AESOP community, for example, individual contributions and proposals for special issues derived from AESOP Thematic Groups or other activities.
