Institutions or individuals can nominate candidates for the Lecture Series. Individuals may also nominate themselves. The HS-Net Advisory Board, composed of experienced researchers in the Human Settlements field, serves as the selection committee for the Award. Lecture which will take place during the fifth session of the World Urban Forum to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 22-26 March, 2010.
