Best Congress Paper Award
The Best AESOP Congress Paper competition has been running as part of the AESOP Congresses since 2005.
You can choose to submit your paper for consideration for the Best Congress Paper Award, or you can choose not to be nominated. Similarly, you can decide whether your paper is included in the book of abstracts or remains unpublished.
You will be asked to make this choice during the paper submission process by choosing one of the four categories.
Submission procedure
- Ensure that the submission is original and has not been previously published.
- The submitted paper should contain a title, abstract, keywords, references and all authors including their affiliations.
- Paste the title, abstract, keywords, references, and all authors including their affiliation in the designated text boxes during the submission process. This will ensure that your article is properly indexed.
- If available, add the ORCID to the author description.
- While adding the keywords, paste or type them one by one. Do not paste them as a group because the system will recognise them as a very long keyword.
- Ensure that the abstract does not exceed 200 words.
- Provide at least three keywords and five references.
- Adhere to the Harvard referencing style throughout your submission.
- Maintain a high standard of English. If English is not your native language, consider utilising automatic proofreading software.
- Use the template and submit the paper as a Word document, not as a PDF
