How to submit a Full Paper

Go to: https://congress.aesop-planning.eu
Hit "My profile" in the grey menu bar and you will be forwarded to your Dashboard.
Click "ANNUAL CONGRESS 2025" in 'Your events at hand'.

Now you land on the Annual Congress 2025 page. Go to "My Contributions" in the side menu, left.
If you have more than one contribution, click the one for which you want to submit a full paper.

You will be forwarded to the page with your abstract. Scroll down.
At the bottom of this page you'll find a light blue box with a dark blue button "Submit paper".
Remember to use the Word template:
