Notification Results AESOP Annual Congress - PARIS 2024

POSTER SESSION

Dear corresponding author,

I am pleased to inform you that, after peer review, we have decided to accept your submission for the POSTER session. We are excited to include your abstract in the AESOP Annual Congress Books of Abstracts. Thank you for choosing the AESOP Annual Congress as a venue for your work.

Those accepted for the Poster Session are entitled to bring a hard copy of a poster size A1 (height 84.1 cm, width 59.4 cm) with a concise research summary, images and annexes. During the poster session, presenters will stand in front of the paper and answer questions from the passers-by. Further information will be soon uploaded on the AESOP website.

For more information on the 2024 AESOP Annual Congress, please visit https://aesop-planning.eu/paris. Please note that your Poster at the conference is guaranteed until the end of the early bird period. Thereafter, those on the waiting list will be allowed to register for the conference until the tracks are filled.

If you prefer to present your abstract orally, we encourage you to explore the possibility of an online presentation. Online participation allows you to listen to the keynote speakers and present only during the online session.

Please check the website for the correct fee that applies to you (https://aesop-planning.eu/paris-congress/fees), which varies depending on whether your institution is a member of Aesop or not.

 Kind regards,

AESOP LOC

PS

Please note that the AESOP Congress in Paris manages hundreds of abstracts and emails: universities’ firewalls tend to stop some of the messages we send. We are dealing with this issue, which is, however, beyond our responsibilities.

In this regard, we kindly ask you to notify us if you have not received a previous notification of the results. In this regard, please contact us at secretariat@aesop-planning.eu
