Before we can include your submission in the book of abstracts, we kindly ask you to return to your submission at https://proceedings.aesop-planning.eu/ to ensure that all data is complete. More in detail, we ask you to pay attention to the following aspects:
ABSTRACT
You may have uploaded the abstract as a word or pdf document. Please ensure that you have placed the abstract into the abstract section of the system. Yes, you can add it as a downloadable document, but that is not a requirement.
REFERENCES
If your abstract has references, you HAVE to include these in the References section, each reference on a separate line.
KEYWORDS
It is a good practice to provide keywords. You can add these in the Metadata section.
CO-AUTHORS
If you have co-authors, make sure that you also include their names in the system. Listing them in an uploaded document is NOT good enough.
ORCID
If you or your co-authors have ORCIDs, please provide them in the Contributor section.
AFFILIATION
Please note that the box for affiliation is divided into two parts. You can search your institute/university (not your school, department or faculty) in the lower part. If your institute is included in ROR, then that name appears automatically. Click on it to select it.
BIO
You can use the Bio Statement to provide more detail on who you are and which school, department, or chair you work for.
