AESOP CONGRESS - APP

This year AESOP is using an app that provides the complete schedule of track presentations, round tables and special sessions on your mobile phone or tablet. That app is called CiviMobile. It also gives you direct access to the news items on the website and can be used after the congress as well.

There are some steps to follow to get access to the program.

Step one

Download the CiviMobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Market.

Step two

After opening, when asked for the CiviCRM site URL,
use https://aesop-planning.eu and connect.

Step three

Use the 'enter' icon on the upper right corner of your screen. It forwards you to a login page.

Use the password and login you have used on the AESOP website to register for the congress.

Step four

Use the 'Events' button on the bottom of your screen that brings you to the Annual Congress page. Here you can select Sessions. In the agenda, you can scroll horizontally and vertically through the schedule for the day and the next.
